SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border connectivity and subscription services provided by ArpVPN. Creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service means that the user has read and agrees to follow these terms.

Service Scope and Applicability

ArpVPN provides cross-border connectivity across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve international route connections, access international websites, and connect to network applications selected by the user. Actual route availability may be affected by the user's local network, the target service status, device conditions, and maintenance schedules.

The service offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while the price difference for an upgrade is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Included data and prices are determined by the plan page and user panel.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription purchases, route connections, and setting changes made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change their password and stop sharing the affected information.

Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but each account and subscription is for management and use by the account holder only. Users must not publicly share login credentials, distribute subscriptions to unrelated parties, split and resell data, or resell the service in any form. Automated bulk account creation, repeated claiming of benefits, and abnormal requests that interfere with service operation are prohibited.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and at the place where the service is used. Users are responsible for content initiated, transmitted, or accessed through the service. The service must not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, send malicious traffic, or conduct other unlawful activities.

Users must also follow the service rules of the websites, applications, and content platforms they access. Restrictions imposed by a target service based on region, account, or content are determined by that service. ArpVPN does not represent or authorize any such third party and does not guarantee that specific content will always be accessible.

Service Availability and Liability

ArpVPN maintains, adjusts, and replaces routes based on their status. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, local network changes, device configurations, third-party service changes, and events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of certain routes. Service recovery will prioritize overall connection quality and account security.

Users should keep necessary local copies and alternative connection options for important work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by user devices, local networks, third-party platforms, incorrect configurations, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination

In cases involving unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious requests, interference with route operation, infringement of others' rights, or attempts to avoid normal billing procedures, ArpVPN may restrict routes, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts based on the level of risk. To verify unusual use, the service may ask users to complete necessary account confirmation through the user panel.

Users may stop using the service at any time. After account termination, expired subscriptions can no longer connect. Transaction and dispute records that must be retained by law will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable rules. Account termination does not affect responsibilities and obligations that arose before termination.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and transaction can be verified. Once a refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that payment will no longer be available. Requests made after the stated period will be handled according to applicable law and the actual order status.

ArpVPN may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest update date. Notice will be provided through available on-site channels before material changes take effect. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance; users who disagree should stop using the service and submit a request if they meet the refund conditions.
